The Role

As a Structural Engineer, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design innovative, high-performance structures. You'll contribute to projects that range from public infrastructure to private developments, all with a focus on quality, sustainability, and long-term value. With over 6 offices across multiple states, they are looking to continue their year on year growth with the help of senior engineers, giving you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze structural systems for buildings and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers
  • Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction phases
  • Innovate with materials and methods to optimize performance and cost

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Revit)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
