A well‑established civil construction and development firm in the Reston, Virginia area is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of site development projects, including grading, utilities, and related infrastructure. This role offers long‑term growth, strong operational support, and the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site development projects from planning through closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, and internal teams.
- Lead project staff and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of site development or heavy civil project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, and site infrastructure.
- Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and communication.
- Ability to work hybrid with 2 in‑office days weekly.
