Role Overview

As a Structural Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of structural systems for a variety of building types. You'll work closely with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers to bring architectural visions to life while ensuring structural integrity, code compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop structural designs and calculations for new construction, renovations, and expansions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction.
  • Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Perform site visits and respond to field conditions during construction.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Contribute to sustainable design practices and LEED-certified projects.
  • Utilize BIM and 3D modeling tools to enhance design coordination and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • 3+ years of experience in structural engineering design.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software and Revit/BIM.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving and continuous learning.
