Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate investment opportunities across Data Centres, Digital Energy, Solar, Wind, and BESS sectors
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions
- Support project finance structuring, underwriting, and transaction execution
- Conduct valuation analysis, due diligence, and M&A assessments
- Assist with fund management and portfolio monitoring activities
- Work closely with developers, lenders, investors, advisors, and strategic stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle
Key Requirements
Required Experience
- Experience in investment banking, project finance, infrastructure investing, private equity, or asset management
- Strong financial modelling and investment analysis capabilities
- Interest in digital infrastructure, renewable energy, and energy transition investments
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical ability
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, deal-driven environment
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business-level
- English: Business-level
