The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (Associate level) with strong data center project experience to join the electrical engineering team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in mission‑critical environments and enjoys combining technical design leadership with client‑facing responsibilities.
You will guide electrical engineering efforts from conceptual design through completion, coordinating across disciplines and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape major data center projects, influence design direction, and ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual electrical designs and lead project teams through execution.
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client contact for assigned projects.
- Manage and review project documentation for accuracy and timely delivery.
- Present electrical design solutions confidently in internal and client meetings.
- Coordinate regularly with project teams to meet expectations and maintain schedules.
- Oversee design changes, proposals, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead the full execution of large, complex data center projects from concept to commissioning.
- Delegate work strategically to balance workload and strengthen team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Support project financial oversight and contribute to business development as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7-12 years of electrical engineering experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and discipline‑specific design tools.
- Solid understanding of electrical codes, interdisciplinary coordination, and documentation requirements across SD, DD, and CD phases.
