We are seeking a senior‑level Geoenvironmental / Geostructural Engineering professional to take a leadership role within a growing regional team.
The Opportunity
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on leadership position suited to an engineer who thrives in complex development projects and enjoys technical ownership, client interaction, and team mentorship.
You will act as the most senior technical figure locally, with a clear mandate to lead projects, oversee staff, and gradually expand client relationships aligned with long‑term regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver geoenvironmental and geostructural projects in dense urban environments
- Act as the primary technical authority for local projects
- Oversee and mentor a team of engineers
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients
- Manage projects end‑to‑end - scope, execution, quality, and delivery
- Collaborate across offices, sharing resources and expertise company‑wide
- Build strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
- 10-12+ years of experience in geotechnical / geoenvironmental engineering
- Licensed engineer is preferred (PE)
- Bachelor's or masters' degree in civil/environmental engineering, geology, or environmental science, Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong background in urban development, particularly:
- Residential developments
- Vertical construction / built environments
- Experience operating at a senior technical and project leadership level
- Confident engaging directly with clients and guiding project strategy
- Comfortable working with autonomy in high‑level technical environments
- Prior people‑management experience preferred
- Background aligned with geoenvironmental and geostructural work
