Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience preparing RFP responses and marketing materials
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
- Ability to manage multiple assignments
- High integrity and professionalism
- Passion for mentorship and team development
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve on the company's leadership team to address strategic and operational goals
- Act as Principal in Charge for select clients and projects
- Evaluate and pursue new business opportunities
- Lead and support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for your team
- Develop and implement training and development plans
- Recommend staffing changes, salary adjustments, and bonuses
- Contribute to both strategic (Executive Leadership) and operational (Leadership Council) initiatives
