BAS Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects within budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple client engagements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior leadership.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a consulting or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience managing MEP or data center projects.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of sustainability and LEED practices is a plus.
