The Opportunity

We're partnered with an established building automation systems integrator seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience managing BAS/BMS projects. You'll oversee multimillion-dollar projects from kick-off through completion, working alongside an experienced and knowledgeable team that is continuing to grow.

This role offers a clear and achievable pathway into Program Management and leadership positions as the business expands.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of building automation projects from inception through closeout
Coordinate internal engineering, programming, commissioning, and field teams
Maintain project schedules, budgets, and client relationships
Oversee subcontractors and project stakeholders
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance expectations
Support the successful execution of multiple large-scale commercial and retail projects

Requirements

3+ years of Project Management experience within Building Automation, Controls, or BMS
Experience managing commercial and/or retail automation projects
Strong understanding of BAS controls, HVAC systems, and project delivery
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of lighting controls is highly desirable
