分散型エネルギーの実現に向けて複数の新規事業が同時並行で進む中、事業プロセスの設計、経営管理、オペレーション構築、上場準備、AI活用など、会社横断で取り組むべき課題が急増しています。組織としての実行力を強化するため、幅広い領域で事業運営を支えるメンバーを求めています。
主な業務内容（適性に応じて担当）
・事業推進PMO、経営会議の運営設計
・新規事業に関するプロジェクト管理や予算管理
・意思決定を支えるKPI設計、ダッシュボード構築、データ分析
・全社的な業務改革の推進、システム・IT基盤の整備
・上場準備におけるERP導入や各種オペレーション設計
・業務プロセス最適化、DX/AX推進、AIネイティブな業務環境の整備
・各事業部の業務オペレーション改善とマネジメント支援
・新拠点の立ち上げ、調達・物流・在庫管理オペレーションの構築
