BIM/VDC Coordinator

A growing architecture and design practice is seeking a BIM / VDC Coordinator to support digital project delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role will partner with architects, designers, and project teams to maintain BIM standards, improve model quality, and enhance project workflows. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Revit content libraries, templates, and BIM standards to support consistent project delivery.
  • Manage project models and documentation throughout all phases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and model health.
  • Perform BIM audits, QA/QC reviews, clash detection, and data integrity checks to improve project outcomes.
  • Coordinate and integrate models from consultants, manufacturers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support project teams with BIM best practices, workflow guidance, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with project setup, documentation standards, and ongoing process improvements across multiple studios.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting BIM and VDC workflows within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a strong understanding of BIM standards and model management.
  • Experience performing clash detection, QA/QC reviews, and multidisciplinary model coordination.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support project teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
