Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project budget, schedule, quality, and safety for the biomass power generation project.
- Oversee all project contracts (EPC, operation and maintenance, fuel procurement, joint ventures, finance, etc.).
- Communicate and build relationships with joint venture partners and finance providers.
- Obtain and maintain necessary permits and licenses, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to government agencies.
- Manage communication with stakeholders, including local residents and businesses.
- Supervise operation and maintenance activities for the power plant.
- Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to the Managing Director.
- Handle tasks related to the biomass business division.
- Develop and support new projects in the biomass and infrastructure sectors.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge and experience in the operation and management of thermal power plant equipment.
- Experience in operation, maintenance, and construction projects of thermal power plant equipment.
- Experience in department or team management.
- Ability to communicate and manage progress with team members in work tasks.
- Fluency in Both Japanese and English
