An established and employee-focused heavy civil construction company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage bridge and structural projects in the Cincinnati area. With a longstanding reputation for quality and safety, we're looking for a field leader ready to take ownership of critical infrastructure work across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations for bridge construction projects
Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and budget
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, regulations, and quality standards
Serve as a primary point of contact for field-level communication between project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients
Maintain accurate daily logs, site documentation, and progress reports
Anticipate and resolve jobsite challenges to minimize disruptions
What We're Looking For
5+ years of supervisory experience in bridge or heavy civil construction
Strong understanding of bridge structures, foundations, concrete, steel erection, and associated infrastructure
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Proven leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency with scheduling and reporting tools
OSHA 30 Certification (preferred)
Willingness to travel locally within the Cincinnati region
