Water Resources Project Manager
- Manage water resources projects, including stormwater management, drainage design, and erosion and sediment control for transportation projects in Maryland
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Ensure compliance with Maryland regulatory requirements, including MS4 permits and NPDES regulations
- Design and implement stormwater management systems, including green infrastructure and best management practices
- Develop and implement erosion and sediment control plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project delivery meets client expectations
- Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in water resources project management, with a focus on stormwater, drainage, erosion, and sediment control
- Strong knowledge of Maryland water resources regulations, including stormwater management and erosion and sediment control
- Experience working on transportation projects, including highways and roads
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Professional certifications, such as PE
