Job Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments with both existing and prospective customers.
- Develop a sales in CRM, follow up on leads, and generate proposals
- Close sales by generating and executing sales plans within the assigned territory.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to maintain and grow sales.
- Evaluate all revenue-generating opportunities within a customer or prospect and make appropriate proposals.
- Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure optimal customer operations.
- Create and reach customer agreements on value propositions that highlight our competitive advantage derived from our broad product portfolio.
- Provide effective technical recommendations to resolve operational issues and generate reports documenting the value of our equipment and services.
- Meet sales targets by achieving or exceeding key metrics for revenue, account retention, and profitability.
Job Recruitment
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of working experience in business development in the same or similar industry.
- Strong people skills and the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders.
- Flexibility, innovation, and a commitment to quality.
