We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Carbon Modeler to join our growing global team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about climate impact, carbon accounting, and data-driven sustainability solutions. You will play a key role in developing and refining carbon models that support strategic decision-making for clients across infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain carbon models to assess emissions across scopes 1, 2, and 3.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and sustainability consultants to integrate carbon modeling into broader environmental strategies.
- Analyze lifecycle emissions and provide insights to support decarbonization pathways.
- Stay current with international carbon accounting standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, SBTi).
- Support client engagements by translating complex modeling outputs into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in carbon modeling, LCA, or environmental data analysis.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, Excel, or specialized LCA software (e.g., SimaPro, OpenLCA).
- Strong understanding of carbon accounting frameworks and sustainability reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with infrastructure, energy, or industrial clients.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting platforms and regulatory frameworks in EMEA or Asia.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
