Project Manager - Civil / Geotechnical / Structural Engineering
Location: Seattle, WA (Local Travel Required)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing Seattle team. This role is ideal for a technically strong civil, geotechnical, or structural engineer who is ready to take ownership of complex infrastructure and underground construction projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will serve as the central point of coordination for multidisciplinary teams while also applying your engineering expertise to ensure high‑quality project delivery.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication while supporting the design and execution of tunnel, transit, and other heavy civil projects. The role requires the ability to travel to project sites throughout the Seattle area to lead meetings, conduct reviews, and support field activities. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal engineering teams to drive solutions, manage risks, and maintain project momentum.
We are looking for professionals with 5-15 years of engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or project management role. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, proven communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment. Experience with underground works, transit systems, geotechnical design, or structurally complex infrastructure is highly valued.
