A leading U.S. consulting firm is seeking a skilled Building Commissioning Agent to join its growing team. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects nationwide while contributing to innovative engineering and design solutions in a collaborative environment.
The Building Commissioning Agent will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing commissioning plans and specifications.
- Reviewing design documents and coordinating commissioning activities.
- Conducting site visits and witnessing system testing for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Preparing reports and tracking issues throughout project phases.
- Supporting retro-commissioning and energy optimization efforts.
The Building Commissioning Agent should have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Commissioning certification (ACG, ASHRAE, BCxA, or similar).
- 3+ years of experience in building commissioning with MEP systems.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and proficiency in commissioning software.
