The Commissioning Authority will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the commissioning process for assigned data center projects
- Performing field functional testing, creating checklists, and documenting results
- Maintaining issue logs and preparing detailed reports for stakeholders
- Participating in project meetings and supporting project management tasks
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and safety practices
The Commissioning Authority should have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- ANSI/ISO accredited commissioning certification (required)
- 8+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in data center commissioning
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, controls, and instrumentation
- Ability to travel up to 50% to project sites
- Military experience in power systems, commissioning, or quality assurance is highly valued
