My client is seeking a Commissioning Professional who thrives in both technical and administrative environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in facility operations, construction, design, or consulting
- or a relevant master's degree with 3+ years of experience - Ability to travel occasionally (typically 1-2 nights per trip)
- Understanding of building engineering principles including sustainability, commissioning, and energy efficiency
- Ability to read drawings, schematics, and submittals
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and organized reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus)
- Physically able to conduct construction‑site visits
- Ability to obtain government security clearance (existing clearance is a bonus)
