My client is seeking a Commissioning Professional who thrives in both technical and administrative environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys contributing creatively, thinks beyond conventional solutions, and feels energized working both in the field and in the office. As a key member of our project teams, you'll take ownership of planning, executing, and overseeing project scopes, participating in project meetings, and managing budgets-all while being encouraged to think innovatively.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in facility operations, construction, design, or consulting
    - or a relevant master's degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Ability to travel occasionally (typically 1-2 nights per trip)
  • Understanding of building engineering principles including sustainability, commissioning, and energy efficiency
  • Ability to read drawings, schematics, and submittals
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and organized reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus)
  • Physically able to conduct construction‑site visits
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance (existing clearance is a bonus)
