Knowledge of industry standards and deliverables within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) field is required.

As a Construction Administrator, you will oversee and support various project types, collaborating with project stakeholders (owners, designers, and contractors) to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements. Responsibilities include reviewing design documents, monitoring construction activities, managing submittals and RFIs, conducting site inspections, and preparing detailed reports. Coordination with internal design teams and external partners will be a key part of the role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with construction documentation platforms (e.g., Procore, Newforma) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction; exposure to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
