Our client, a leading Owner's Representative Construction Management firm, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to serve as the Lead Construction Manager for their flagship data center campus in Reno, Nevada.
This is a unique opportunity to act as the critical link between the General Contractor and the client, overseeing construction activities to ensure flawless execution, quality, and on-time delivery. You will be at the heart of a dynamic project and play a key role in helping expand this emerging market.
What You'll Do:
Lead day-to-day construction oversight of the data center campus as the client's primary representative on site
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the General Contractor, client stakeholders, and subcontractors
Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and budget adherence throughout the construction lifecycle
Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project on track
Collaborate closely with project management and design teams to ensure alignment with client goals
Help shape and grow the Owner's Rep presence in the Reno data center market
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Project Management or Owner's Rep, ideally in data center, mission critical, or large campus environments
Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - you are the go-to liaison for all parties on site
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving market
A proactive mindset with a passion for driving successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Familiarity with Reno or willingness to relocate is a plus
