  • Exposure to major treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, conveyance systems, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Collaborative culture with significant opportunities for advancement into senior leadership roles.
  • Visibility with executive leadership and key public-sector clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of construction management, resident engineering, or infrastructure project delivery experience.
  • Background managing water, wastewater, utility, transportation, or heavy civil construction projects.
  • Experience overseeing project controls, CPM scheduling, cost management, and contractor coordination.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to lead project teams while balancing technical, financial, and contractual responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Highly Desired

  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or similar professional credential.
  • Experience serving as a Lead CM, Resident Engineer, or Owner's Representative.
  • Track record supporting large-scale capital projects with significant construction values.
  • Previous involvement in proposals, client development, or practice growth initiatives.
