Corporate Project Manager - NYC
My client is hiring experienced Senior Project Managers for our New York City office to lead diverse projects in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace Interiors. We seek individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial culture and are eager to contribute to our growing Studios.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace Interiors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of NYC/National DOB/Codes, compliance, filing strategies, base building infrastructure, landlord coordination, and consultant coordination from design through shop drawings
- Ability to attend and assist in new business presentations
- Strong presentation skills; contract administration experience is a plus
- Ability to calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees
- Experience generating project budgets and schedules
- Proficiency in managing project finances, including budgets, contracts, change orders, and additional services
- Ability to review invoicing and manage project profitability
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
Salary Range: $120K/Yr - $160K/Yr | Full-Time
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
