Corporate Project Manager - NYC
Our client is hiring experienced Senior Project Managers in our New York City office to effectively lead diverse projects for our Corporate / Commercial / Workplace Interiors practice. We are seeking individuals who will excel in our client's entrepreneurial culture and are excited about the possibility of adding to our thriving Studios.
Candidates should have:
- Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience in Corporate / Commercial / Workplace Interiors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong understanding and experience with NYC/National DOB/Codes, compliance, filing strategies, base building infrastructure, landlord coordination, and consultant coordination from design through shop drawings
- Attend and assist in preparing for new business presentations
- Strong presentation skills are required and an ability to manage the administration of contracts is a plus
- Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees
- Generate project budgets and schedules
- Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, additional services
- Review invoicing and manage profitability on projects
- A working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus
Salary Range: $110K/Yr - $140K/Yr | Full-Time
