Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction
Location: Charlotte, NC
I'm currently working with a leading national construction firm that is expanding its Mission Critical team and is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data centre campus in the Southeast.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a major mission critical project from construction through to commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall project performance.
- Leading subcontractor coordination and contract administration.
- Working closely with field teams, design consultants, owners, and trade partners.
- Driving schedule adherence and resolving project risks and challenges.
- Overseeing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Supporting commissioning activities and ensuring a successful turnover process.
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Mission critical, data centre, industrial, healthcare, or highly technical project experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and complex construction coordination.
- Experience managing project financials, schedules, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead multiple project priorities simultaneously.
