An employee-owned ENR Top 10 contractor is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to support a growing portfolio of hyperscale and mission critical projects across the US.
This is an opportunity to lead safety strategy on some of the industry's most complex data centre developments while helping shape culture, mentor teams, and influence business-wide safety performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead safety performance across multiple data centre projects
- Drive proactive safety culture and programme implementation
- Coach and mentor project teams and safety professionals
- Analyse leading and lagging indicators to identify trends and improve performance
- Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned
- Partner with operations and business development teams to support project pursuits and client relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction safety leadership experience
- Data centre, mission critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, or large-scale commercial project experience
- CSP or ASP certification preferred
- Strong communicator with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
