About the Role
We are representing an established and rapidly growing Global Data Center owner-operator who is seeking a Project Manager to join its expanding project delivery team.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of large-scale data center projects, working across the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to construction and operational handover.
The Role
Reporting into senior project leadership, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of complex mission-critical projects while coordinating internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and end users.
The role offers exposure to major Data Center developments in a high-growth sector that continues to see significant investment across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of data center projects from development through construction and commissioning.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risk registers, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate external consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
- Oversee design reviews and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Support procurement strategies and contract administration activities.
- Monitor project performance, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Drive successful project handover and operational readiness.
Key Experience
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple project packages and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of project controls and risk management.
- Data center, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, healthcare, or complex building project experience will be highly regarded.
