Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the site engineering organization, ensuring alignment with operational objectives, industry regulations, and business goals.
- Drive the development, performance, and engagement of engineering personnel while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Participate in business planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance reviews related to engineering activities.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for engineering programs impacting both short-term and long-term site operations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve engineering processes, systems, and overall plant performance.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide engineering programs focused on standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Support emergency response activities, outage planning and execution, and other operational initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural, Chemical, Industrial, Nuclear) or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within power generation, industrial operations, or a highly regulated environment.
- Prior leadership experience managing engineering teams, technical programs, or large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of plant operations, engineering principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational objectives.
- Ability to maintain all applicable site access and fitness-for-duty requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience leading engineering organizations within utility, power generation, or other complex industrial environments.
- Proven success implementing technical improvements, reliability initiatives, and engineering best practices.
