Director of Land Survey

The Director of Land Survey should have the following qualifications:
* Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
* 10+ years of surveying experience across boundary, ALTA, topographic, and construction projects
* Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and client relationships
* Strong understanding of operations, scheduling, QA/QC, and project delivery
* Experience in business development or client-facing roles preferred
* Proficiency with survey technology and software (Trimble, Civil 3D, etc.)
The Director of Land Survey will be responsible for:
* Leading and growing the survey division across multiple offices
* Managing project delivery, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality execution
* Mentoring and developing survey staff, including field crews and office personnel
* Driving business development efforts and building client relationships
* Collaborating with other service lines through a national workshare model
* Implementing best practices, technology improvements, and operational efficiencies
