Easter Europe Sales Director
The Sales Director for Eastern Europe will be responsible for driving business development, managing key accounts, and expanding market share across the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to close complex sales in the solar PV sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with developers, EPCs, and distributors.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the solar PV industry, preferably with mounting systems or related hardware.
- Strong network across Eastern European solar markets (e.g., Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, etc.).
- Proven track record of closing large-scale deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional Eastern European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
