Electrical Design Engineers - Power & Renewables
We are currently seeking self-motivated electrical design engineers across the country who are interested in joining a top client of ours that currently develops, designs, & constructs utility-scale power infrastructure projects across North America. In this role, you will support the design, development & execution of utility substation projects and contribute to cutting-edge solar and energy storage systems. Your expertise will help shape the future of sustainable energy infrastructure. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective designs that meet industry standards and project requirements.
Opportunity to work 100% remote from the US with 10-20% travel or option to report into one of our several regional offices across the US in a hybrid model if preferred.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in high-voltage design for substations and renewable energy projects.
- Specialty in one of the several areas - substation physical design, grounding studies, protection & control design, SCADA familiarity, QA/QC, solar/BESS, operations support.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, PLS-CADD, ETAP or similar).
- Strong understanding of grid interconnection and protection schemes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
