About the Role
A well-established electrical contractor with a national footprint is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to support large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in estimating complex electrical scopes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates, analyzing drawings and specifications, and supporting preconstruction efforts across a variety of sectors.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating for industrial, infrastructure, or institutional projects
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction documents, and cost analysis
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Accubid, Bluebeam, Excel)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be based in Kentucky or Indiana, ideally near Louisville, Paducah, or Evansville
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and team collaboration
