We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Pre-Construction Manager to join our client's team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a key leadership role for someone with a strong background in estimating and preconstruction for large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of preliminary, schematic, design development, and construction document estimates and studies.
- Support business development efforts through proposal presentations, interviews, and relationship-building with General Contractors and A/E firms.
- Participate in design decisions, value engineering, constructability reviews, and scheduling during preconstruction.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and monitor cost trends.
- Assist in preparing construction schedules for estimating purposes.
- Collaborate with operations to determine staffing needs and build project teams.
- Identify and pursue new work opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of estimating experience in a Pre-Construction Manager role.
- Proven experience managing large commercial and industrial projects from concept to close-out.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with Accubid and/or Conest is required.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated employment stability and leadership capabilities.
