Their team is growing, and we're looking for a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to join them on some of the most high-profile data center builds in the country.
The Role:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will lead field operations on large-scale hyperscale data center projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver world-class electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities
- Manage field personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to meet deadlines and budgets
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Mentor and support junior team members
What They're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in data center construction (electrical focus)
- Proven leadership in large-scale, fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and safety standards
- Local to Virginia or willing to relocate
- Excellent communication and organizational skill
