Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects from start to finish. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical projects: planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contracts accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and company policies.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical project management experience, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and design-build processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
