What You'll Do
- Manage and grow existing service accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities.
- Oversee service billings, collections, and monthly forecasting for projects.
- Coordinate local and non-local service projects to ensure timely execution.
- Recruit, train, and develop service personnel and Account Managers.
- Maintain fleet vehicles and manage inventory of tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with warranty processes for completed contract jobs.
- Implement and optimize management systems and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business-or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Practical knowledge of electrical systems and general construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDF tools (Bluebeam preferred).
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with integrity and accountability.
