Position Summary:
The Engineering Office Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Fort Wayne office, including oversight of civil engineering projects, staff leadership, and business development. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, surveyors, and technical staff.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, public officials, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, budget constraints, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of managing infrastructure projects and leading technical teams.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to civil engineering and development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools and civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation.
