Salary: $135,000 - 165,000
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and driven professionals for an Environmental Project Manager position to lead and manage projects involving CERCLA site investigation and remediation, with a focus on contaminants such as PFAS, chlorinated solvents, and other hazardous substances. Ideal candidates will bring a strong consulting background and deep expertise in managing complex environmental due diligence & remediation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand client relationships, identifying opportunities to deliver strategic environmental solutions.
- Collaborate with existing clients to define project scopes, develop comprehensive work plans, and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Prepare and manage task order proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Lead project execution with a focus on budget control, schedule adherence, and quality assurance.
- Oversee CERCLA site investigation and remediation activities, with emphasis on contaminants such as PFAS, chlorinated solvents, and other hazardous substances.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, technical project work, and project management
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with CERCLA, PFAS Investigation, and Remediation
- Technical experience with remedial strategies including but not limited to: soil excavation, thermal treatment, chemical oxidation, groundwater systems, and soil vapor extraction.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and managing proposals, budgets, and client communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
