What You'll Do
- Manage technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects
- Lead efforts in restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensic investigations
- Drive business development and contribute to strategic growth
- Engage directly with clients and shape your own portfolio
- Work in a flexible, low-turnover environment with a clear path to Principal
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Structures focus preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in diagnostics, restoration, or forensics
- P.E. license required
- Proven ability to win new business and build client relationships
- Strong communication, project management, and technical skills
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Microsoft Office
