GEOTILL, a respected Indiana-based geotechnical consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer (P.E.) to lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and support the day-to-day operations of a growing, multidisciplinary team. With a strong reputation for delivering practical, cost-effective solutions, GEOTILL serves a wide range of clients-from developers and architects to government agencies-across Indiana and beyond.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage geotechnical projects from proposal through close-out, including subsurface exploration, engineering evaluation, reporting, and construction observation
  • Make independent, experience-based decisions on engineering methods and solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior geotechnical staff, fostering technical growth and collaboration
  • Support daily operations of the geotechnical division and contribute to broader company initiatives
  • Apply diverse technical knowledge to varied and complex geotechnical challenges
  • Represent GEOTILL in professional societies and industry events

What You'll Bring:

  • Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering (required)
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Indiana, or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and profitability
