With a significant project backlog and continued investment into the Florida market, this is an outstanding opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer looking to accelerate their career.
The company specialises in high-rise, private-sector commercial developments and provides both geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services on some of the most notable projects in South Florida.
This role offers far more than a traditional technical position. You'll work directly under one of the region's most respected geotechnical leaders, an individual who has played a key role in building and growing several successful firms throughout South Florida. You'll receive hands-on mentorship not only in technical delivery but also in client management, business development, and leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing geotechnical investigations, analyses, and reporting for commercial and high-rise developments.
- Acting as a technical resource for project teams and clients.
- Supporting proposal development and client relationship management.
- Collaborating closely with senior leadership on project execution and business growth initiatives.
- Mentoring junior engineers and helping build technical capabilities within the team.
