We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Geotechnical Engineering Manager to join our clients growing team in South Plainfield, NJ. Responsibilities
Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects, including site investigations, foundation design, and soil analysis
Develop and expand the firm's presence in new markets, helping to grow business opportunities and client relationships
Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, and design documents
Coordinate and oversee field investigations and laboratory testing
Mentor and guide junior engineers and staff, fostering a high-performing team culture
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, integrated solutions
Participate in strategic planning and business development efforts, including client engagement and market growth
