GX領域における新規プロダクトの企画・開発・導入拡大
国内外の脱炭素周りの情報収集、市場分析
プロダクト戦略立案
大手企業を中心とした導入推進、利用拡大のための施策実行
社内外のステークホルダーとの連携による事業成長の加速

Position
Head of Product Development
We are seeking a leader to drive the development and expansion of a new product within a fast-growing company focused on decarbonization solutions. This role will involve leveraging partnerships and internal expertise to create and scale a GX platform that accelerates corporate sustainability efforts.
Salary
Annual: JPY 12,000,000 - JPY 18,000,000
Based on experience and skills
Location
Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid: Remote + Office)
Working Hours
Flexible working hours (Core: 9:00-18:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and scale new GX-related products
- Collect and analyze domestic and international decarbonization market data
- Define product strategy and roadmap
- Drive adoption among major corporations and execute growth initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate business growth
Requirements
Must-have:
- Knowledge of decarbonization/GX domain
- SaaS sales experience
- Experience in new business development and product creation
Preferred:
- Consulting or business planning experience
- Project management experience
