- 電力オペレーション組織の立ち上げおよび業務フロー構築・マネジメント
- 需給管理・電力トレーディングの統括（JEPX/EPRX等での戦略立案・実行）
- 非化石価値・FIP対応を含む市場運用最適化
- 蓄電池・アグリゲーションを活用した新規ビジネス推進
- 電力需給管理・トレーディングに準ずる経験または理解
- 新電力・発電事業者・エネルギー商社での実務経験
- 電力市場や制度（JEPX、需給調整市場）への深い理解
