About the Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare interior design projects through all phases of design and project delivery.
- Develop creative, practical, and aesthetically compelling design solutions that align with client objectives.
- Prepare and oversee design presentations, specifications, finish selections, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendor partners.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, designers, and external consultants.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to junior and mid-level designers.
- Apply expertise in healthcare design standards, materials, and best practices throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field required.
- Must be located in or able to work on-site in the Orlando, Florida area.
- 10-12 years of professional interior design experience.
- Minimum of 3 years focused experience within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare planning, finish materials, and interior applications.
- Proven experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary environment.
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
