We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-million-dollar heavy civil projects in Utah. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high-profile infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale DOT and infrastructure projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience managing heavy civil projects.
- Proven track record on roads, highways, bridges, excavation, earthwork, underground utilities, and concrete.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
