Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
- Lead project teams and coordinate closely with field operations
- Track costs, change orders, risks, and overall performance
- Maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and inspectors
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction
- Strong background in heavy highway, bridge, structural concrete, or transportation projects
- Experience managing large, complex infrastructure projects
- Strong financial, leadership, and communication skills
- VDOT project experience preferred
