The Senior Plumbing Designer will be responsible for…
- Leading the design of domestic water, sanitary, vent, storm, natural gas, compressed air, laboratory gas, and medical gas systems.
- Preparing plumbing layouts, specifications, calculations, and construction documents.
- Utilizing Revit and BIM tools to develop coordinated designs and support clash detection efforts.
The Senior Plumbing Designer should have the following qualifications:
- 8+ years of plumbing design experience within an MEP consulting environment.
- Experience designing plumbing systems for commercial, healthcare, military, institutional, or industrial facilities.
- Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary, natural gas, compressed air, laboratory gas, and medical gas systems.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
