[ID] Senior Commissioning Manager - Data Center
- Manage end‑to‑end commissioning execution across all Cx levels (mechanical, electrical, controls).
- Review and validate commissioning scripts, procedures, technical documents, and test plans.
- Oversee readiness, testing, verification, and final close‑out activities.
- Drive issue resolution with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Lead and mentor a commissioning team (15-20 personnel, expanding to ~30).
- Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, client representatives, and external support teams.
- Enforce strict Health & Safety practices and ensure full compliance with site procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, trackers, logs, and meeting records.
- Support expansion of project functions such as planning, scheduling, and document control.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of data centre commissioning experience with strong knowledge of Cx Levels 1-5/6.
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, with proven ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong capability in reviewing drawings, sequences, and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to work in Indonesia for the full duration of a one‑year project contract.
- Preferred: experience working in the Philippines or India, and with multinational technology‑focused clients.
- Technical degree or engineering apprenticeship is advantageous.
- Experience delivering projects valued between 1.2-1.8 million SGD is beneficial.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational skills, and professionalism.
- High commitment to safety, quality, problem‑solving, and managing deadlines.
